Job Responsibilities

Drawing Review & Release:

Review Electrical and HVAC drawings.

Validate against project requirements and design standards.

Release Good for Construction (GFC) drawings to site teams.

Maintain version control and drawing documentation.

BOQ & BOM Validation:

Verify the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for accuracy.

Ensure alignment with project scope and tender documents.

Project Monitoring:

Track and monitor project work schedule (MS Project / Primavera / Excel-based trackers).

Conduct regular site inspections during execution to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.

Tendering & Contracts Coordination:

Coordinate with Contracts Department during tendering stage.

Prepare comparative statements for floated tenders and assist in vendor evaluation.

endor Coordination:

Act as a point of contact for vendors during execution.

Ensure timely delivery, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems.

Liaison Work:

Coordinate with external statutory bodies like

WBSCDCL

(West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd.) and

CESC

(Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) for service approvals and connections

Qualification

Candidate must be Graduate in B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering.

M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering would be preferable .

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
