Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute all electrical works at the construction site, including HT/LT cabling, panel installation, grounding, lighting, and power systems.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and BOQs to ensure accurate project execution.
Coordinate with civil, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting teams for seamless integration of services.
Ensure all electrical installations comply with design specifications, safety standards, and relevant codes (IS, IEC).
Monitor work progress, check the quality of materials, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare daily and weekly work progress reports for the Project Manager.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues related to electrical systems.
Assist in procurement planning, cost estimation, and vendor coordination to ensure timely supply of materials.
Conduct routine inspections and testing of installations to confirm operational readiness.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols at the site.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
3-5 years of hands-on site experience in large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring layouts, panel boards, cable trays, and earthing systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD drawings and MS Office applications.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
