Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Salary: ?20,000 - ?25,000 per month
Experience: 2 to 5 years (Relevant experience in KPTCL work)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer to manage and coordinate electrical infrastructure projects, specifically in alignment with standards and procedures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in transmission and substation works, and strong coordination skills with KPTCL officials at various levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage site execution activities related to:
Tower erection
Line stringing
Substation erection
Transformer erection
Cable ducting and laying works
Coordinate effectively with personnel and other relevant authorities for site inspections, approvals, and progress tracking.
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress documentation, and quality assurance checklists.
Supervise contractors and site teams for efficient execution and compliance.
Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld across all project phases.
Key Skills Required:
Tower erection & line stringing
Substation erection & transformer installation
Cable ducting & cable laying
Strong knowledge of processes and documentation
Site coordination and team management
Good communication and reporting skills
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
