JOB DESCRIPTION / KRA

We are looking for a

hands-on Project Engineer

who is equally strong in

technical site execution

and

client handling

. This role requires someone who can work at the ground level with the team while confidently representing Company's

values and professionalism

to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise

end-to-end execution

of electrical projects at site. Be the

point of contact for clients

on-site - ensure smooth coordination, timely updates, and professional handling. Translate drawings and project plans into

on-ground execution

with accuracy. Lead

technicians and subcontractors

effectively - get the job done, not just oversee. Ensure

safety, quality, and timelines

are strictly met. Handle

testing, commissioning, and documentation

. Maintain

project discipline

: reporting, material tracking, progress updates. Uphold

culture of reliability, professionalism, and teamwork

Independently handle projects after training/induction. Zero compromise on

safety & quality

. Deliver projects

on time and within cost

. Build

positive client relationships

that lead to repeat business. Be proactive, solutions-oriented, and aligned with the company's vision.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
