Ensure work Permit is prepared before start of all the maintenance work.? To be with vendor and monitor the ongoing maintenance activity and ensure safety procedures are followed.? Briefing to technicians while taking over the shift? Supervise, coordinate and monitor the team for all operation and maintenance activities in the shift.? Check and sign all the logbooks, checklist and reports.? Check and follow-up with vendors for PPM activities.? Ensure scheduled PPM is done.? Takes 2nd round of premises to monitor O&M activities.? Daily Update TMC & Water Reading.? Proper handover to next shift engineer.

Electrical Engineer

to handle electrical maintenance, installation, testing, and troubleshooting activities at our site. The candidate should ensure safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems in compliance with statutory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operation and maintenance of

HT & LT electrical systems

Handling

transformers, DG sets, UPS, panels, and switchgear

Preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment Reading and interpreting

electrical drawings, SLDs, and schematics

Coordinating with vendors and contractors for electrical works Monitoring power consumption and ensuring energy efficiency Ensuring compliance with

electrical safety norms and statutory regulations

Handling

earthing systems, lighting systems, and power distribution

Attending breakdowns and restoring power with minimum downtime Preparing maintenance reports and documentation Supporting audits and inspections (Electrical Inspector, Fire, Safety)

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety practices Experience in

facility / industrial / commercial projects

Hands-on experience in fault finding and troubleshooting Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work in shifts if required

Preferred:

Electrical Supervisor License (C License)

Experience in IT Parks, Malls, Hospitals, or Industrial facilities Knowledge of

IBMS / BMS

systems

Salary:

As per industry standards (Based on experience)
