About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Electrical Engineer

with at least

5 years of hands-on experience in substation projects

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing high-voltage substation works including erection, installation, and testing of electrical equipment as per industry and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee

site execution

of electrical works for substations (11kV, 33kV, 110kV, and above) Supervise erection, installation, and commissioning of: Power Transformers CTs, PTs, Breakers, Isolators Cable laying, termination & routing Earthing systems and control panels Review and interpret

single-line diagrams (SLDs)

, layout drawings, and schematics Coordinate with

DISCOMs, consultants, and third-party vendors

for inspections and approvals Prepare and maintain

daily progress reports

, material records, and quality checklists Ensure

safety standards

and quality norms are followed at site Assist in testing & commissioning activities and handle troubleshooting during execution Work directly under the company management and support in project planning and scheduling

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) Minimum

3 years of relevant field experience

in substation projects (mandatory) Strong knowledge of

electrical codes, safety practices, and utility procedures

Proficient in reading technical drawings and using tools like

AutoCAD

and MS Office Hands-on experience in

HT/LT installation

, protection systems, and control panel wiring Ability to manage teams, vendors, and communicate effectively with stakeholders Willing to travel and work at project sites as per requirement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
