Ability to travel to client sites when required. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Interact with clients in person or virtually to understand their electrical and automation system requirements. Collect technical specifications and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions. Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems for industrial automation projects. Collaborate with the programming team to integrate PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions. Ensure all designs meet industry standards and safety regulations. Travel to client sites for system installation, electrical panel wiring, and commissioning. Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth project execution. Follow strict safety protocols during field work. Perform functional testing and validation of electrical systems. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, wiring issues, or component failures. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, user manuals, and maintenance guides. Submit service and project reports to the HOD and internal sales team for claims processing, and expense reports to HR. Stay updated on new electrical technologies, industry standards, and automation trends. Contribute to process improvements to enhance system efficiency and team productivity. Support other departments when required to achieve project deadlines. Be willing to travel based on project requirements.
