Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power projects while gaining hands-on experience in electrical systems related to renewable energy. The role is focused on fresh graduates looking to start their career in the solar power sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the

installation, testing, and commissioning

of solar PV systems. Support in

electrical design calculations

, preparation of single line diagrams (SLD), cable sizing, and layouts under supervision. Monitor and maintain

solar inverters, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems

. Assist in

troubleshooting electrical faults

and ensure timely resolution. Ensure

adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

during execution. Coordinate with site teams and vendors for smooth project execution. Assist in preparing

technical reports, documentation, and daily project updates

. Learn and support in

energy yield analysis, system performance monitoring, and preventive maintenance

activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).

Fresh graduates

or up to 1 year of relevant internship/project experience in solar/renewable energy. Basic understanding of

solar PV systems, power electronics, and electrical distribution systems

. Knowledge of

AutoCAD / MS Office

will be an added advantage. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong willingness to learn and adapt to the renewable energy industry. Ability to work at

project sites (fieldwork)

when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
