About the Role

We are looking for a talented and proactive

Electrical Engineer

to join our Engineering Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for

frequent on-site interventions in India and abroad

, managing the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems for industrial machinery. You will ensure compliance with standards, drive project execution, and collaborate directly with clients and subcontractors on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Execution

Supervise the installation, wiring, and commissioning of electrical systems and control panels on client sites in India and internationally. Design and implement electrical systems and components for machinery installation projects. Ensure all work is executed according to electrical design specifications, project requirements, and applicable codes/standards. Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.

2. Quality, Testing & Compliance

Conduct electrical testing to verify that systems and components meet performance and safety standards. Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Review and approve electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Stay updated on new technologies, industry regulations, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions.

3. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during implementation and maintenance. Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and site teams.

4. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Participate in site meetings and provide accurate updates to management. Communicate directly with clients to address technical inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Document testing activities, results, and specifications of electrical components and systems. Maintain accurate site logs, inspection records, and electrical testing reports. Prepare and submit progress and completion reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in electrical system design, installation, commissioning, and site supervision (international project experience is a plus). Strong understanding of electrical systems, automation, and control technologies. Knowledge of electrical safety standards, testing procedures, and compliance requirements. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Proficiency in relevant engineering software, testing equipment, and MS Office tools.

Willingness to travel extensively for on-site assignments in India and abroad.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
