Sr. No. Roles and Responsibilities

1. Monitoring of Electrical PCC Panel, MCC Panel, Distribution Panel.

2. Monitoring and Operation of the DG set and UPS system.

3. Monitoring and Operation of the utility system on a day-to-day basis.

4. Machine history card update.

5. Follow up and arrange Preventive Maintenance and AMC as per schedule.

6. Responsible for the AHU system of the plant.

7. Responsible for the Purified Water plant operation and regeneration.

8. Identification of all required spares and consumables of equipment.

9. Operation and documentation are performed on day to day basis.

10. Coordination with various user departments in charge during shift operations.

11. Follow safety rules and regulations and ensure about the subordinates and vendors.

12. Any other responsibility that the Department Head will assign from time to time.

13. Daily consumption of reading and analysis.

14. Bill checking & Approval.

15. SOP preparation, CAPA, Documentation, QMS.

16. Material Requisition & follow up.

17. Training of Co-workers.

Pay: From ?300,000.00 per year
