Roles & Responsibilities:-

At Volcur Electrix Pvt. Ltd., we are building world-class infrastructure in the power sector. We seek a dynamic Electrical Engineer with a strong background in substation project planning who can leverage this experience to contribute in SAP development and customization. This hybrid role bridges technical engineering expertise with digital transformation, enabling seamless project execution and resource optimization.

Key Result Areas:-

Substation Project Planning & Execution:

1) Develop and review detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and progress monitoring for substation and transmission line projects. 2) Analyze project risks, delays, and propose corrective measures. 3) Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment with project timelines. 4) Prepare and validate project progress reports for management review.

SAP Development & Integration:

1) Collaborate with IT team to design and implement SAP modules tailored for EPC substation projects. 2) Map engineering and project planning workflows into SAP (Project Systems, Materials Management, Resource Planning). 3) Customize reports and dashboards to track project progress, cost, and resource utilization. 4) Train project teams on SAP usage for planning, execution, and monitoring. 5) Act as a functional bridge between engineering teams and SAP technical consultants.

Continuous Improvement:

1) Identify process gaps and recommend automation/digital solutions through SAP. 2) Standardize project planning practices using SAP tools. 3) Support digital transformation initiatives aligned with Volcur's vision of providing world-class energy solutions.

1) Substation & transmission project planning expertise. 2) SAP knowledge (functional/technical). 3) Cross-functional collaboration. 4) Data-driven decision making & reporting. 5) Strong communication & training capability.

Educational Qualification:-

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).

Required Skills:-

Hands-on experience with project scheduling tools (Primavera/MS Project), Familiarity with SAP (Project Systems, MM, PM, or related modules); prior exposure to SAP development/customization will be an added advantage, Strong analytical skills with ability to translate engineering workflows into digital systems.

Work Experience:-

2-3 years of experience in substation project planning and execution in EPC / Power Sector

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
