As an Embedded Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of embedded system components, from concept to production:
Design & Development:
Design, prototype, and test
digital and analog circuits
for embedded applications, including sensor interfaces, power management systems, and communication modules.
PCB Design:
Create
schematics
and oversee
PCB layout
using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle) while managing component selection and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Hardware-Software Integration:
Collaborate closely with the firmware team to develop and integrate
low-level drivers
and ensure flawless interaction between the hardware platform and embedded C/C++ code.
Testing & Debugging:
Conduct rigorous hardware validation, system-level testing, and
troubleshooting
using lab equipment such as
oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG debuggers
.
Optimization:
Focus on optimizing system performance,
power consumption
, memory utilization, and ensuring compliance with relevant EMC/EMI standards.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports.

Proven experience in designing and bringing to market at least one commercial embedded product.
Hardware Skills:
Strong understanding of
microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, PIC)
and microprocessors, memory interfaces, and various digital and analog circuit designs.
Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with
embedded C/C++
and experience with hardware-level communication protocols (
SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet
).
Tools:
Hands-on proficiency with
schematic capture and PCB layout
tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with
Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
or Embedded Linux.
Knowledge of RF circuits or wireless protocols (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LoRa).
