Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer - Site/Field to supervise and execute electrical distribution projects across Maharashtra. The role involves site supervision, measurement handling, coordination with contractors, and ensuring quality and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise 33 kV/11 kV line works, LT AB cable installations, and substation (civil & electrical) activities.
Ensure execution as per drawings, standards (REC/RDSO/MSEDCL/MSETCL), and safety norms.
Take measurements, prepare measurement sheets, and submit accurate DPRs with photos.
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors for material and manpower planning.
Handle ROW issues, permissions, and shutdown coordination with MSEDCL offices.
Verify material quality and quantity at site.
Report daily progress and escalate issues to the office team.
Attend client inspections, testing, and approvals.
Support testing and commissioning activities.
Travel and stay at project locations anywhere in Maharashtra.
Skills Required
Strong practical knowledge of electrical distribution works.
Ability to lead and manage site teams and contractors.
Good communication with government officials, contractors, and local teams.
Basic understanding of quality, safety, and measurement systems.
Willingness for extensive travel and remote site work.
