Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to reduce downtime.
Inspect electrical components for hazards, defects, and compliance issues.
Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in machinery, production lines, and building systems.
Use testing tools (multimeters, megger, clamp meters) to identify issues.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and support maintenance teams in restoring equipment.
Technical Support
Assist engineers in commissioning new equipment and preparing test reports.
Support calibration and maintenance of electrical instruments and sensors.
Maintain documentation including maintenance logs, checklists, and work orders.
Safety & Compliance
Follow electrical safety standards and ensure all work is done as per regulations.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices around high-voltage equipment.
Support audits and compliance checks for electrical systems.
Coordination
Work with production, mechanical, and utility teams to minimize operational disruptions.
Communicate equipment status, downtime issues, and improvement suggestions to supervisors.
