Study and interpret electrical, civil, and interior drawings for retail projects.
Execute electrical work (wiring, lighting, panels, cabling, etc.) strictly as per drawings and specifications.
Conduct site measurements and ensure quality compliance according to approved designs.
Inspect and verify material quality, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), and installation works on site.
Supervise site execution teams and contractors to meet project timelines.
Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and company quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, and vendors for smooth execution.
Prepare site reports, quality checklists, and update project progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
2-5 years in electrical works for retail/interior fit-out projects.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
Knowledge of quality measurement techniques and electrical standards.
Hands-on experience in site supervision, installation, and commissioning.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in
retail outlets, showrooms, or commercial interior projects
.
Familiarity with material inspection and vendor coordination.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and measurement tools.
