Key Responsibilities

Design power distribution, lighting, emergency, and low-voltage systems. Perform load calculations and select appropriate electrical components. Ensure compliance with industry standards and building codes (NEC, IEC, etc.). Collaborate with MEP, architectural, and civil teams for project coordination. Review and approve electrical drawings and technical specifications. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors during project execution. Oversee installation of electrical systems, including wiring, switchgear, transformers, and panels. Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems. Implement energy-efficient and renewable power solutions. Maintain documentation, including reports, test results, and as-built drawings. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years' experience in MEP design, execution, or consultancy. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and ETAP. Knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, BMS, Fire Alarm) and MEP coordination. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. Preferred certifications: LEED, PMP, or relevant electrical license.
