1. Job Purpose
xc2xb7Overview:
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of electrical systems for concrete pumps, including electric boom pumps, as well as batching plants.
2. Key Responsibilities
xc2xb7 Electrical System Design
xc2xb7Develop and design electrical systems for concrete pumps (electric boom pumps) and batching plants.
xc2xb7Prepare detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and diagrams using CAD tools like AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, etc.
xc2xb7Collaborate with mechanical engineers and production teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into machinery.
xc2xb7Experience on Auto electrical (low voltage 24V./12 V DC) circuits, Familiarity with three phase circuit and controls
xc2xb7 Compliance and Safety
xc2xb7Ensure that all electrical systems comply with industry standards, including IEC, NEC, and other safety regulations.
xc2xb7Review designs for compliance with safety standards, reliability, and operational efficiency.
xc2xb7 Automation & Control Systems
xc2xb7Design and implement automation systems using PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for control of machinery.
xc2xb7Develop motor control solutions using VFDs, servo drives, and other control systems.
xc2xb7Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and electrical controls in machinery.
xc2xb7Experience of working on mobile controllers.
xc2xb7Conversant with Electro hydraulics and knowledge of proportional valve and integration with controllers.
xc2xb7 Power System Management
xc2xb7Design electrical power systems including motor sizing, power distribution, and UPS/generator backup for batching plants.
xc2xb7Perform power consumption analysis and provide recommendations to enhance energy efficiency.
xc2xb7 Technical Support & Troubleshooting
xc2xb7Provide technical support for resolving electrical issues during production, assembly, and field operations.
xc2xb7Perform root cause analysis for electrical components and suggest improvements in the electrical circuits to eliminate/minimize the problems.
xc2xb7Develop and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.
xc2xb7 Cross-functional Collaboration
xc2xb7Work closely with design, production, teams to ensure the electrical systems meet design and operational requirements.
