Job Summary

We are looking for a

highly skilled Electrical Engineer

with a strong

OEM background

and proven expertise in

High-Density (HD) Panel design and execution

. This role is strictly

design- and engineering-focused (not sales)

and requires hands-on experience in

panel design, panel building, costing, and vendor management

. The ideal candidate will lead the

end-to-end design, development, and delivery of HD panels

, ensuring technical excellence, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

Design and develop HD panels in line with client specifications and project requirements. Prepare detailed

schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, and BOMs

. Conduct load calculations, component selection, and ensure compliance with

IEC/IS and safety standards

.

Vendor & Costing

Evaluate vendor quotations, conduct techno-commercial comparisons, and negotiate for optimal cost and quality. Collaborate with

panel builders, fabricators, and suppliers

to ensure timely execution. Prepare accurate

cost estimates and feasibility studies

for projects.

Execution Support

Provide

technical guidance

to the assembly/manufacturing team during panel building. Coordinate with

cross-functional teams

(procurement, production, and quality) to ensure smooth execution. Conduct

technical reviews

and compliance checks for client submissions.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on

latest HD panel technologies, standards, and OEM best practices

. Drive

cost optimization and quality improvements

in design and execution.

Key Requirements

Education:

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience:

5-10 years in electrical design within OEM environments, with focus on HD panels. Proven expertise in

HD panel design, costing, vendor management, and panel building

. Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or equivalent design tools

. In-depth knowledge of

IEC/IS standards, wiring practices, and electrical safety norms

. Strong

analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines. Excellent

communication and vendor coordination skills

.

Preferred Background

Mandatory:

Must be from a

designing & engineering background (NOT sales)

. Hands-on experience in

end-to-end panel design and execution

. Experience in

OEM manufacturing processes

and working with panel vendors.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹2,900,000.00 per year
