Job Title: Electrical Engineer Our Industry : Pulp & Paper Job Location: Paithan, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Department: Electrical & Utilities Experience: Minimum 5 Years Job Purpose To ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted electrical power supply by maintaining electrical systems, motors, VFDs, MCC panels, and plant utilities in line with production requirements, statutory compliance, and best engineering practices. Key Responsibilities
1. Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting

2. VFD & Motor Control Systems

3. Power Distribution & Utilities

4. Compliance & Safety

5. Equipment Health Monitoring

6. Process & Efficiency Improvement

7. Coordination & Team Support

Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years experience in Electrical Maintenance within:

Paper Industry (Preferred)

Process Industry

Chemical Industry

Distillery

Power Plant

Key Skills
Strong knowledge of VFDs (ABB / Siemens / Delta / etc.)

Motor starters: DOL, Star-Delta, Soft-Starter

Troubleshooting & fault diagnosis

HT/LT systems, substation knowledge

Power factor & energy management

Excellent safety practices

Reporting & documentation skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
