Mechanical Work:

Operate and maintain coco peat machinery (siever, baler, conveyor, shredder, dryer, etc.).

Do preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical parts (bearings, chains, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics).

Handle welding, fabrication, and part modification when needed.

Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, and tensioning of machines.

Electrical Work:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in motors, control panels, relays, sensors.

Install & maintain electrical wiring, starters (DOL/Star-Delta), PLC panels.

Monitor voltage/load and ensure safe electrical practices.

Perform motor testing, IR testing, and circuit fault tracing.

General Tasks:

Maintain maintenance logs and daily shift reports.

Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance; experience in agro-based or coco peat processing preferred.

Strong understanding of both mechanical systems and industrial electrical wiring.

Hands-on experience with VFDs, motor starters, PLCs (basic), and industrial automation.

Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and manuals.

Good troubleshooting, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work in challenging environments (dusty, humid conditions).

Follow safety standards during all maintenance work.

Coordinate with production/quality teams for smooth operation.

Manage spare parts, tools and maintenance inventory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
