We are looking for a dedicated and skilled

Electrical Engineer

to join our team for site-based electrical project work in Pune. The candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute electrical site activities as per drawings and specifications. Installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical panels, wiring, cabling, and equipment. Read, understand, and implement electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics. Prepare and update electrical drawings using

AutoCAD / CAD software

as required. Prepare BOQs, material requirement sheets, and site reports using

Advanced MS Excel

. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution. Monitor site progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards. Troubleshoot electrical issues at site and provide effective solutions. Ensure work is carried out as per relevant standards and project timelines. Maintain proper documentation, daily progress reports, and as-built drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering. 1-2 years of experience in electrical site work (freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply). Strong knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, cabling, and electrical equipment. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. Working knowledge of

AutoCAD / CAD drawing software

for electrical layouts and documentation. Proficiency in

Advanced MS Excel

(data analysis, BOQs, material tracking, reports). Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work at various site locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
