Job Description

We are seeking an

Electrical Engineer

with experience in

PLC-HMI programming, control panel wiring, field wiring, and special purpose machines

. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing, testing, and implementing electrical systems for various machinery and production line applications.

Key Responsibilities:

PLC & HMI Programming:

Develop and maintain

HMI software applications

for various machinery and production lines. Program and troubleshoot

PLCs

from major brands including

Delta, Mitsubishi, Rockwell, Siemens, and Schneider

. Optimize processes through automation and improve

user interfaces

on machinery.

Panel Wiring & Assembly:

Perform

MCC panel wiring, APFC panel wiring

, and

control panel wiring.

Assemble and wire electrical panels according to design specifications and electrical diagrams. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines for

panel assembly and wiring.

Field Wiring & Installation:

Handle

field wiring

for various machinery and equipment. Conduct

installation

and

wiring

of panels and electrical components on-site as required. Troubleshoot and solve wiring issues during installations and machine setup.

Control Panel Design:

Design and create

control panels

for various machines, including special purpose machinery such as

cutting machines, gauge machines, and production line conveyors.

Develop and interpret

electrical diagrams

and

process flow diagrams

for control systems. Select and size components, ensuring optimal

safety

,

functionality

, and

cost-efficiency

.

Machine Testing & Trials:

Conduct

chassis testing

and commissioning for specialized machines, ensuring operational functionality and quality control. Perform

machine trials

and on-site visits to test and validate equipment performance. Work closely with project and engineering teams to address any issues and ensure successful deployment.

Project & Site Coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including

mechanical engineers, project managers, and production staff

, to complete projects on time and within budget. Conduct

site visits

for machine installation, testing, and troubleshooting as required. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for technical requirements and quality standards.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in

PLC programming

(Delta, Mitsubishi, Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider). Expertise in

HMI application development

and

software integration

. Skilled in

control panel design, electrical diagrams, wiring schematics

, and

process flow diagrams

. Hands-on experience with

MCC panels

,

APFC panels

, and field wiring for industrial applications. Knowledge of

chassis testing, production line conveyor systems

, and specialized cutting and gauge machines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of

electrical and control systems

within manufacturing environments. Excellent

problem-solving

skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong

communication

coordination

skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
