Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our O&M team. You will play

a crucial role in the management of solar projects. The ideal candidate should have a

strong background in the solar industry, site management and engineering.

Responsibilities:

Project Commissioning:

Collaborate with the Project teams to commission Solar & BESS projects
with a focus on quality and timely delivery

Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and warranty
requirements

Site Inspection:

Conduct thorough site assessments to determine plant health Assess and validate sites with respect to designed and engineering
drawings provided.

Monitoring & Audit:

Conduct regular O&M to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety
protocols, and generation targets.

Identify and troubleshoot issues related to plant and propose
corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor/ Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering Proven experience in solar sites. Knowledge of solar energy technologies, photovoltaic systems, and related
equipment.

Knowledge of electrical systems, HT systems Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards applicable to the
solar industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn
