Plan and schedule production activities for motor assembly to ensure timely completion within budget.
Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
Address and resolve technical issues related to machines, equipment breakdowns, and process inefficiencies.
Ensure proper setup and calibration of machines and equipment for each production run to maintain consistent quality.
Monitor product quality through regular inspections and testing, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and internal standards.
Lead and supervise a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Maintain safety standards and implement 5S practices in the production area.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in electric motor component manufacturing (e.g., winding) or a similar industry.
Hands-on experience in
assembly of electric induction motors (AC/DC)
,
traction motors
, etc.
Familiarity with
lean manufacturing
,
process improvement
, and
quality control
methodologies.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external auditors.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
