Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled

Electrical Engineer

to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and maintenance of electrical systems for our range of automated and mechanical car parking systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge in electrical schematics, PLC programming, wiring, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving in a manufacturing and installation environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development:

Design, develop, and test electrical control systems and panels for automated and mechanical parking systems, adhering to relevant standards and specifications. Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bill of materials (BOMs) using appropriate CAD software.

System Integration & Programming:

Develop and implement

PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs

(e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) for control logic, sequencing, and safety functions. Configure and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and other control components.

Manufacturing & Installation Support:

Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing and assembly teams for the wiring and testing of electrical panels and systems. Participate in on-site installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems at various project locations.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with local and national electrical codes and safety standards. Conduct rigorous testing and quality checks of electrical components and systems.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, system failures, and operational issues both remotely and on-site. Identify opportunities for electrical system optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

2-5 years

of relevant experience in industrial automation, control systems, or machinery manufacturing, preferably in material handling, elevators, or parking systems.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in designing electrical schematics and control panels. Strong knowledge of

PLC programming (ladder logic, function block)

and troubleshooting. Experience with VFDs, sensors, motors, and industrial control components. Familiarity with electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN). Knowledge of Indian/International electrical safety standards and codes.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
