About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Electrical Engineer

to join our team, specializing in the

design, development, and production of electrical systems

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical system design, power distribution, equipment selection, and hands-on experience supporting production and commissioning activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development

Design, analyse, and develop electrical systems for industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Create detailed

single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, load calculations, and layouts

.

Select appropriate electrical components (switchgear, motors, drives, protection devices, transformers, etc.).

Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations (IEC, NEC, IS, IEEE).

Production & Implementation

Translate designs into production-ready documents and technical specifications.

Oversee panel building, cabling, wiring, and integration of electrical systems.

Support procurement by preparing technical specifications and evaluating vendor offers.

Supervise installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Conduct testing, validation, and inspection of electrical systems.

Perform root-cause analysis of failures and propose corrective actions.

Ensure quality, safety, and reliability across all stages of the project.

Collaboration & Project Management

Work closely with mechanical, electronics, and automation teams.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and production teams.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.

Monitor project timelines and provide technical support during execution.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Electrical Engineering

or equivalent.

5+ years of professional experience in

electrical system design and production

.

Strong knowledge of

power distribution systems, control systems, and electrical equipment

.

Proficiency with design tools such as

AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, ETAP, or similar

.

Hands-on experience with

installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting

.

Understanding of

protection schemes, grounding, and safety practices

.

Familiarity with international electrical standards and codes (IEC, IEEE, IS, NEC).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with

renewable energy systems, power electronics, or smart grids

.

Knowledge of

PLC/SCADA integration and automation systems

.

Exposure to

industrial projects in manufacturing, utilities, or infrastructure

.

Project management or quality certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, ISO)
