Job Description

An Electrical Engineer in the jewelry industry is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components used in jewelry manufacturing processes, including automation, lighting, and specialized equipment. They ensure these systems meet performance, quality, and cost criteria, while also adhering to safety standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Designing and developing electrical systems:

Creating and implementing electrical schematics, control systems, and power distribution for jewelry manufacturing processes.

Integrating electrical systems:

Collaborating with other engineers and technicians to integrate electrical designs into larger systems and manufacturing processes.

Testing and troubleshooting:

Conducting tests on electrical components and systems to identify and resolve issues related to performance, safety, and functionality.

Maintaining equipment:

Ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of electrical equipment used in jewelry production.

Ensuring safety compliance:

Adhering to electrical codes and safety standards during the design, installation, and operation of electrical systems.

Staying updated on technology:

Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in electrical engineering and applying them to improve jewelry manufacturing processes.

Documentation and reporting:

Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of designs, test results, and project reports.

Cost management:
