As an Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineer / Trainer at ABC Trainings, you will be at the forefront of empowering professionals and aspiring engineers in the dynamic fields of electrical engineering, electronics, and telecommunications. Key Responsibilities:

? Software Proficiency: Provide expertise in industry-standard software tools and languages, including AutoCAD eLECTRICAL, Etap, MATLAB, PLC SCADA, EMBEDDED SYSTEM, MICROCONTROLLER, PCB DESIGNING.

? Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create comprehensive and industry-relevant training modules.

? Hands-On Learning: Facilitate hands-on learning experiences, coding projects, and practical exercises to enhance participants' skills and knowledge.

? Assessment and Evaluation: Assess the progress of trainees, offer constructive feedback, and conduct evaluations to ensure learning objectives are met.

? Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software engineering to provide real-world insights to trainees.

? Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to participants in their career development, helping them become proficient software engineers.
