We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with 2-5 years of relevant experience to join our team for MEP design and consulting projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing electrical systems for multi-storied buildings in various sectors, including IT, commercial, residential, hospitality, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs for multi-story buildings. Prepare electrical layouts using AutoCAD and other industry-standard software. Ensure designs comply with local regulations and safety codes, including Electrical Inspectorate rules. Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical designs into overall building systems. Conduct load calculations, select equipment, and provide specifications for electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency systems. Manage project documentation, schedules, and report progress to senior management. Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical systems as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues during the design or implementation phases.

Qualifications and Skills

:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 2-5 years of experience in MEP design, specifically in IT, commercial, residential, hospitality, and hospital projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant electrical design software (e.g., Revit, ETAP). Strong knowledge of KSEBL rules and electrical inspectorate regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Experience in managing large-scale electrical projects from design to execution.
