Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical, DG Sets, fire safety, and lift system for our project Riverview City , Loni Kalbhor, Near Kalbhor Lawns, Pun

The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing, installing and maintaining these systems.

Male candidates located in the near vicinity shall be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Design, Develop and implement electrical , fire (Detection , maintenance) safety, and lift systems

.

2. Ensure

compliance with relevant codes, regulations and standards

3.

Conduct site inspections, testing and commissioning

4. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders

5.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

6.

Execution of Fire protection system, Fire detection and Public Address System, Access

control system

7.

Execution of CCTV Surveillance system, Communication System, Satellite TV system,

Vertical Transportation SystemCompliance of all procedures for obtaining the Energy

meters for each flat

8.

Support for maintaining all the M&E Services 24x7

Requirement :

1. Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

2. Experience in electrical, fire safety and lift systems

3. Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations

4. Strong problem solving and project management skills

Preferred Skills:

1. Certification in electrical , fire safety, or lift systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
