Responsibilities and duties

Design and Development:

Design electrical systems, components, and products based on customer requirements and specifications.

Testing and Analysis:

Evaluate electrical systems, conduct quality assurance, and analyse data to assess performance.

Project Management:

Oversee projects from conception to completion, including creating project plans, preparing budgets, and managing timelines and resources.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all designs and installations meet safety standards, regulations, and technical specifications.

Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams, including project managers, mechanical engineers, and technicians.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

Troubleshoot technical problems, maintain electrical equipment, and oversee inspection and maintenance programs.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare reports, document product specifications, and present findings to clients and management.
Requirements and skills

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is typically required.

Software:

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and engineering software is essential.

Technical Skills:

Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes, electrical codes, and safety standards.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills are crucial.
