Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineer - Wind located in Koraput, Odisha. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for tasks related to electrical Line & Yard Work, and Sub Stations in wind energy projects.

Preferred:

Experience in wind energy. Experienced in Line works (220Kv/440 Kv), EHT Transmission lines. Preferred candidates from in and around orissa or willing to relocate.

Responsibility:

Manage and oversee the electrical line works of power lines of WTG Erection, Testing, Commissioning of 220kv & 132kv D/c Line Including Soil Testing, Surveying & Foundation Work and Grid Sub Station. Co-ordinate with Contractors and Clients, Solving ROW Issued for proper execution of Project. Basic engineering & BOM finalization. Conduct technical reviews of electrical drawings, specifications, and vendor documentation for line works, EHT transmission lines. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to Electrical Lead and the Project Manager. Ensure adherence to all relevant safety standards and regulations. Coordinate effectively with internal teams (civil, mechanical, project management), external contractors, consultants, and utility companies. Track and monitor daily progress of all electrical construction activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. 3+ years of experience in EHT Transmission Lines. Proven experience in leading and managing electrical teams.
