Site Supervision

Core duties focus on managing installations and teams on location.

Supervise electrical installations, commissioning, and handover of systems like transformers and feeder pillars.? Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers for timely execution.? Monitor progress, conduct inspections, and resolve on-site deviations or delays.?
Qualification :

ITI Electrical , Diploma Electrical Engineering

UG Cable Experience

: Install, terminate, and test insulated underground cables for power distribution.?

AB Cable Experience

: Handle aerial bunched cables for overhead lines, ensuring proper sagging and jointing.?

Cable Laying

: Supervise trenching, pulling, and backfilling using HDD or open-cut methods; verify insulation resistance.?

RMV Unit Finding

: Calculate and locate Ring Main Units for fault isolation in MV networks.?

Transformer:

Commission, maintain oil-immersed/power transformers; perform ratio, oil, and load tests.?

Feeder Pillar Box

: Assemble, wire, and inspect LV distribution pillars for metering and protection.?
Compliance and Safety

Enforce standards to mitigate risks in construction environments.

Ensure adherence to Indian Electricity Rules, CEA guidelines, and safety protocols like PPE usage.? Prepare technical drawings, BOQ, as-builts, and audit reports for quality control.? Conduct risk assessments and maintain earthing/power systems for site safety.?
