About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Electrical Engineer (Manager Level)

to lead, supervise, and manage all electrical activities across project sites. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and experience handling teams, contractors, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical works across multiple project sites. Review, approve, and guide electrical designs, drawings, and BOQs. Plan electrical project schedules, manpower allocation, and work sequencing. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical systems (HT/LT panels, cables, DBs, transformers, earthing, lighting, etc.). Coordinate with architects, civil teams, mechanical teams, consultants, and government agencies. Ensure compliance with IS codes, electrical safety standards, and statutory approvals. Conduct site inspections, audits, and resolve technical issues promptly. Manage and supervise contractors, vendor performance, and negotiate technical aspects. Verify contractor bills, material reconciliation, and project documentation. Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and present updates to management. Support the procurement team with material specifications and vendor selection. Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and cost controls are maintained.

Qualifications

BE / BTech in Electrical Engineering. 7-12+ years of relevant experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure. Proven experience managing teams and handling multiple sites. Strong understanding of HT/LT systems, electrical codes, and site operations. Experience in client coordination and government liaison (advantage).
