Job Title:

Electrical Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Report To: Project Manager

NOTE : IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE MORE PREFERRED WITH BUILDING CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience in CPWD (Central Public Works Department) building construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute electrical works in accordance with CPWD specifications and standards. Prepare BOQs, estimates, and technical documents for electrical systems in building projects. Review and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and load schedules. Plan, monitor, and ensure timely completion of electrical installations such as HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, cabling, earthing, lighting, and fire alarm systems. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and assist in billing and measurement verification. Ensure material reconciliation and maintain documentation as per CPWD norms.

Key Skills Required:

In-depth knowledge of CPWD specifications, standards, and procedures. Expertise in electrical design, estimation, and site execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical load calculation tools. Strong understanding of project management and coordination. Good communication and leadership skills.

Educational Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
