Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Electrical Engineer to oversee, maintain, and improve electrical systems across our projects/sites. The role involves routine inspection, troubleshooting, designing, and implementing electrical solutions while ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate should be capable of interpreting blueprints, identifying hazards, recommending system upgrades, and supporting project execution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Inspect, monitor, and evaluate electrical systems including wiring, fixtures, and appliances. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical failures as directed by the reporting authority. Identify faults, hazards, and ensure timely corrective measures. Review and interpret electrical blueprints and project drawings for accurate implementation. Carry out maintenance and repair work on faulty fixtures and equipment. Respond to site-based requests for electrical support and provide technical solutions. Recommend replacement, modification, or upgrades of electrical equipment. Prepare and submit detailed electrical maintenance and performance reports. Oversee installation of new electrical appliances and systems as per project requirements. Ensure adherence to all electrical safety codes, quality standards, and performance norms.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent. Proven experience in electrical engineering, maintenance, and site-based project execution. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and safety regulations. Ability to interpret technical blueprints and drawings. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and reporting abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
