Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to oversee and manage electrical installations and systems on-site for our projects in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute electrical installations, testing, and commissioning at construction sites. Review and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor progress, address delays, and troubleshoot electrical issues as they arise. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to guidelines. Prepare project reports, maintain site documentation, and update stakeholders on progress. Oversee the installation of lighting, power distribution, and other electrical systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in electrical site execution and management. Proficient in interpreting electrical diagrams, layouts, and specifications. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and software for electrical engineering.
