Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical systems for AHUs, including control panels, power supply, motor wiring, and sensor integration. Prepare and review electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control logic using AutoCAD Electrical or similar tools. Select appropriate electrical components such as contactors, VFDs, relays, switches, actuators, and sensors. Collaborate with mechanical and controls teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into AHU units. Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes and standards (IEC, NEC, UL, CE, etc.). Support production and installation teams with troubleshooting and commissioning of AHUs. Create and maintain documentation including wiring schedules, BOMs, and test reports. Ensure proper grounding, safety interlocks, and protection circuits in AHU systems. Assist in control system programming or interface with BMS if required. Work with suppliers to source electrical components and ensure cost-effective solutions. Support the quality team during FAT/SAT and customer inspections.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. 2-6 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in HVAC, AHU, or related industries. Strong understanding of motor control systems, electrical safety, and wiring standards. Knowledge of VFDs, starters, overloads, MCCs, and BMS interfaces. Familiar with HVAC control logic and low-voltage systems (24V, 230V, 415V). Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and electrical layouts. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:
