About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Electrical Engineer

to join our team. This role involves

hands-on fieldwork and office coordination

for the installation, wiring, and commissioning of

automation and IIoT systems

. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical panels, PLCs, sensors, and communication protocols, with the ability to troubleshoot and configure devices onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

panel wiring

, drilling, and fixing work in-house. Check and collect project materials from the store/senior engineer. Deliver materials to project sites as required. Perform

cable laying, cable termination, and panel fixing

at client sites. Power-up panels and perform

CT, EM, sensor, and water meter installation and termination

. Troubleshoot PLCs (D1/D0 level) and configure devices as per project requirements. Configure and terminate LAN connections for IIoT devices. Provide on-site support for

PLC troubleshooting and advanced configurations

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

(mandatory). 1-2 years of hands-on experience in onsite installation projects (automation/IIoT preferred). Knowledge of

PLCs, sensors, energy meters, RS485 communication

is highly desirable. Ability to troubleshoot PLC and field devices effectively. Must be willing to travel extensively for on-site work. Must own a personal vehicle for local travel (mandatory).
