Job Description

Elematic is a leading provider of innovative precast concrete production technology, solutions, and services, helping clients improve efficiency and sustainability in the construction industry. We are looking for a Electrical Engineer for PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical components in precast machinery such as batching plants, vibrating stations, cutting machines, and lifting systems. Maintain and troubleshoot control panels, PLC systems, VFDs, motor drives, sensors, and electrical wiring of machinery. Ensure proper functioning of power distribution systems, panels, and protection devices within the plant. Monitor and maintain electrical health of plant equipment to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and statutory norms. Maintain detailed maintenance records, logs, and documentation for audits and continuous improvement. Support the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and machinery. Coordinate with mechanical maintenance and production teams for planned shutdowns and maintenance schedules. Maintain stock of critical electrical spares and coordinate with the purchase team for replenishment. Ensure adherence to plant safety protocols and electrical standards (e.g., IEC, IS).
