ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be a member of our multi-disciplinary team and will work under designated project leadership. Projects may include new construction and renovation in educational, healthcare, sports, corporate commercial and science and technology.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO


Under supervision, prepare basic construction drawings and specifications of electrical engineering systems for building construction. Under supervision, design lighting, power distribution, communications and/or telecommunication systems for healthcare, education/higher education and commercial clients, including fire alarm systems. Analyze engineering documents and layout systems in regard to components and parts. Research and respond to design issues. Apply knowledge of electrical code for the application of building power distribution design and circuiting. Recommend improvements with reference standards and processes to improve quality, coordination, and to streamline production efforts. Assists in the review and markup of shop drawings and submittals. Assists in gathering information to respond to RFI's and review of change orders in the preparation of construction documents. Conduct job site visits to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress. Site visits frequently require a physical walk-through of site. May perform other related tasks as needed.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED


Minimum Bachelor in Engineering or Bachelor in Technology required. Minimum of 2 years of related work experience required. Must have strong communication, teamwork, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects. Experience in computer applications for engineering design programs (i.e. Revit, Navisworks or similar applications) preferred.
