Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering to oversee and perform maintenance activities on electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical installations and machinery, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical faults promptly to ensure minimal operational disruption. Maintain electrical safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation. Coordinate with production and other departments for scheduled maintenance activities. Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective solutions. Monitor and optimize the performance of electrical assets. Keep abreast of new technologies and maintenance techniques in electrical engineering. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, power generation, etc.]. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, drives, and automation. Familiarity with electrical safety standards and regulations. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and manuals. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
