Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee, maintain, and enhance the electrical infrastructure of our hotels and resorts. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted power supply, preventive maintenance of electrical systems, compliance with safety standards, and supporting energy efficiency initiatives to provide guests with a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of all electrical systems including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, elevators, HVAC, and lighting systems.

Monitor and maintain power distribution, wiring, cabling, and load management within the property.

Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment.

Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations (fire safety, electrical safety norms, local electricity board requirements).

Troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns to ensure minimum downtime.

Coordinate with facility/engineering teams for smooth operations of MEP systems.

Plan and monitor energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.

Supervise contractors, vendors, and AMC service providers for electrical equipment.

Maintain documentation of maintenance logs, compliance records, and inventory of spares.

Support renovation, upgradation, or expansion projects within the property.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

5-7 years of relevant experience in hotels, resorts, or large facility management setups.

Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, DG sets, HT/LT panels, and energy management.

Familiarity with HVAC, BMS, elevators, and fire alarm systems preferred.

Ability to lead a team of technicians and coordinate with external vendors.

Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and handle emergency situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
