Assist in preparing and reviewing technical documents, drawings, and BOQs.
Maintain project-related records, reports, and technical files.
Support the design and estimation team in preparing electrical layouts and cost sheets.
2. Coordination with Site Teams
Communicate with project/site engineers for daily progress updates.
Support in resolving minor technical or material-related issues raised by the site.
Track material dispatch and consumption reports.
3. Vendor & Material Management
Assist in preparing material requisition and follow-up with vendors.
Coordinate for quotations, comparison sheets, and purchase orders.
4. Quality & Compliance
Ensure that design and documentation follow standard electrical codes and safety norms.
Support in maintaining quality control reports received from site teams.
5. Learning & Development
Understand and learn project execution flow (from design to commissioning).
Participate in internal training sessions and update technical knowledge regularly.
6. Reporting
Prepare and submit weekly progress and learning reports to the Senior Electrical Engineer or Project Manager.
Highlight issues, delays, or improvement areas proactively.
