Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Testing & Evaluation

Assist in conducting electrical and performance tests on

new submersible motors

and prototypes. Prepare and set up test rigs, instruments, and equipment as per test procedures. Record and analyze test data, highlighting abnormalities or performance deviations. Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions under senior engineer guidance.

2. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare detailed

test reports

, including results, observations, and recommendations. Maintain and update technical documentation such as test procedures, drawings, and specifications. Draft engineering notes, change requests, and technical summaries for internal use.

3. BOM (Bill of Materials) Management

Assist in preparing, updating, and monitoring BOMs for new and existing submersible motor designs. Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure BOM accuracy and completeness. Track component revisions and engineering changes.

4. Filing & Record Keeping

Maintain organized digital and physical records of tests, reports, drawings, and approvals. Ensure proper version control and document traceability as per company standards. Support audits and compliance checks by ensuring availability of required documentation.
