Ensure uninterrupted power supply and smooth operation of all factory electrical systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, MCCs, motors, and lighting systems.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and machinery.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.
Maintain proper earthing systems and electrical fire safety arrangements.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams during breakdowns and shutdowns.
Maintain electrical maintenance records, logs, and technical documentation.
Guide and supervise electricians and technicians for safe and efficient work execution.
