Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Experience: 2 3 Years

Key Responsibilities / Essential Role Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of electrical cabling, distribution boards (DBs), switch sockets, MCBs, MCCBs, mounting procedures, and handling rectification calls.
• Basic ability to read Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and understand UPS block diagrams.
• Hands-on experience in managing client projects and handling corrective electrical service calls.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by ensuring timely response and resolution of service issues.
• Understand customer requirements and deliver service as per their expectations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to service calls, maintenance, and issue resolutions.
• Handle escalated service calls efficiently with professionalism.
• Good communication skills in verbal and written English.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and familiarity with the Windows OS.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or related field.
• Experience: 2 3 years in a relevant electrical engineering or service role.
• Location Preference: Candidates willing to work in Rohtak, Delhi NCR.
