1. Prepare and review electrical designs for power distribution, lighting, and ELV systems.

2. Select suitable conductors, protective devices, cable trays, and grounding systems.

3. Perform load analysis, voltage drop, short-circuit, and fault level calculations.

4. Ensure designs comply with IS/IEC codes, ECBC, and statutory regulations.

5. Evaluate and approve electrical materials and equipment (panels, transformers, DG sets).

6. Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and technical documentation.

7. Supervise electrical installation at site - LT/HT panels, lighting, cabling, earthing, etc.

8. Ensure installation matches approved drawings and safety norms.

9. Align execution with Level-2 (L2) project schedule; monitor progress and delays.

10. Conduct testing - insulation resistance, power factor, megger, and functional tests.

11. Lead system commissioning - power, lighting, HVAC integration, elevators, signage.

12. Ensure systems are fully operational before handover.

13. Maintain test reports, snag lists, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.

14. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks.

15. Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials effectively.

16. Enforce electrical safety practices and PPE usage at site.

17. Coordinate with fire, HVAC, and BMS teams for integration.

18. Ensure all activities follow FMS sheet responsibilities.

19. Liaise with statutory bodies for CEIG/fire inspections and approvals.

20. Attend review meetings and submit technical progress reports.

21. Perform additional duties as assigned by Project Manager or management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
