About the Role:

We are seeking a

skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer

with hands-on experience in

solar system installation, commissioning, and maintenance

. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of field experience and the ability to manage both residential and commercial solar energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and test

solar power systems

(rooftop and ground-mounted). Conduct

site surveys

and assess project feasibility. Handle

wiring, panel installations, inverter setup

, and system integration. Perform

troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance

of solar equipment. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients during installation and commissioning. Ensure

compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations

. Maintain proper documentation and prepare installation/operation reports. Train junior technicians or clients on system usage if needed.

Requirements:

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / B.Tech

in Electrical or related stream.

2-3 years of experience

in solar energy system installation and operations. Strong understanding of

electrical circuits, solar components

, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret

technical diagrams and manuals

. Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Chengannur. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
