Basic Responsibilities -
To manage the entire Engineering Maintenance department effectively and efficiently
Organizational Relationship -
Reporting to the Engineer.
To carry out shift duties with all responsibilities pertaining to water systems, boilers, telephones, electrical installations, kitchen equipment's, dish washing equipment's, laundry equipment's, elevators, fresh air supply and exhaust fans, STP operations, all sump pumps, fire and sprinkler systems etc.
To carry out all preventive or planned maintenance schedules.
To ensure all equipment in the unit is kept in state of readiness at all times, with minimum of downtime, in such a way so as not to hamper production and other related activity in the unit.
To ensure HACCP and if any other guidelines /checklists maintained at all times.
To ensure all complaints from users are attended to and solved at the earliest without affecting comfort, quality and productivity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
